The day of the inspection was pretty hectic for me due to an unnecessary amount of "family induced kaos". Several relatives of mine decided to accompany me to "inspect" the property. Thank goodness the sellers & Bob were very accommodating to this craziness. While my family wandered around "inspecting", Bob and I got down to business. We were at it for 4 1/2 hours and Bob left no stone unturned. He was unbelievably thorough and especially gifted in the art of explaining things to me in ways that really made sense. He's a professional through and through. Everytime I left the inspection scene to answer a family members' question, Bob just kept working like a methodical energizer bunny never missing a beat. I had the utmost confidence in him getting the job done right even though I wasn't always physically there to work with him. His (no nickel and diming) rate was very reasonable for the quality of the work done. He was much more competitive than anyone else I could find. The final inspection report that was e-mailed to me the following day was more detailed and informative than anyone expected. It not only pointed out potential problems but it also gave links to sites that offer repair solutions, potentially saving me hours of research. I couldn't have been happier with his service.
